Effects of COVID-19 on alcohol, drugs & traffic safety?

To develop and understanding of how COVID-19 is affecting alcohol, drugs and traffic safety, the International Council on Alcohol, Drugs and Traffic Safety has organized a second virtual Symposium on this topic.
